Shipping and Returns

 

Payment methods

We accept all major payment methods: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, Mastercard and Visa. If we do not offer your preferred payment method, kindly let us know.

 

Shipping & Delivery

The dispatch of your Dreamsdom order takes place within 5 working days after your purchase has been placed and paid for. While the delivery time depends on your chosen shipping method, within the EU it should be no longer than 7 business days; outside the EU region delivery can take around 14 business days. We will provide you with the Austrian Post tracking number as soon your package is dispatched so that you can track it on its journey to you.

 

Since we use the service of Austrian Post, delays (unfortunately, out of our responsibility scope) might happen. We will do our best to keep you updated on your shipment status. For more accurate estimations please use: https://www.post.at/en/sv/track-and-trace-search 

 

We do not charge shipping within Austria for a Standard delivery method. For all other destinations, please see the table below:

Exchanges & Returns

Our ultimate goal is to ensure all Dreamsdom customers are satisfied with our products and services. 

Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly offer an exchange of your order(if a substitution is available) or a refund for returned goods. You can request an exchange or a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period expires, return and exchange are not possible anymore.

All returned products must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and neatly folded in the original packaging including all tags. If you fail to do so, we will not accept an exchange or return.

Kindly contact us at office@dreamsdom.com to request a return or an exchange. Once you do so, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label. Please make sure to ship your return package back to us within 5 days after receiving your label, as the label may expire after that.

As soon as we receive your returned goods, we will process your return request. If we accept your return we will issue a refund according to your used payment method. Kindly note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded. 

 

If you have requested to exchange your purchase, you will need to place a new order, after which you will receive a new tracking number via email. In this case, we will cover your shipping cost by providing you with a code that applies to the value of your purchase and standard shipping to your region.
