Order Handling


All available payment methods are available at a footer of the web. Please check if we support your preferred payment method, otherwise please let us know if a preferred method is not available, so we consider an improvement of our customer experience. 



Delivery of goods takes place within 5 working days after an order is placed, confirmed, and paid. While delivery time depends on chosen courier option, within Europe it should be no longer than 7 days; outside the EU region delivery can take around 14 working days. We will provide you with Austrian Post tracking number as soon as goods are dispatched.

Since we use a service of Austrian Post, delays (out of our responsibility scope) might happen. We will make our best to keep you updated on the shipment status. For more accurate estimations please use 

Our shop deliver goods at no additional transport chargers within Austria (if a customer chooses a standard delivery option); for all other destinations and/or express delivery options, there is an additional charge ( please see a table below):

Exchange & Return

Our ultimate goal is to keep all customers satisfied with our products and services. 

Therefore, if a customer is not completely satisfied with a purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange of goods (if a substitution is available) or refund for returned goods: a customer can raise a request for an exchange or a refund within 14 days after receiving your parcel. After this period expires, return/exchange is not possible anymore.

Please make sure all returned products are unworn, unwashed, and neatly folded in the original packaging including all tags. If a customer fails to do so, we will not accept an exchange/return.

Please approach us via to file a return or an exchange. Once you register your return or exchange, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label. Please make sure to ship your return parcel back to us within 5 days after receiving your label, as the label may expire after that.

As soon as goods are received at our premises, we will proceed either with a refund of money to the card, which was used for initial payment (please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded), or with an exchange shipment ( a new tracking number to be provided via email address). 

When it comes to an exchange, you would need to initiate a return of goods and to place a new order, where shipping costs related to a new order will be covered by us (we will provide a discount code to cover standard shipping costs to your region). At the same time, you will receive a promo code to cover the value of the initially purchased garment.

When it comes to a return of goods, we will refund the value of the purchased garment via a payment method you have used to proceed with shopping on our web.
